Yep, you got it folks! We said Cardio Tennis!

DSL Tennis had a great inaugural season and now for Round 2 we're bringing a fun, new team format. 

Getting Started: The first 2 weeks will be a crash/refresher course if you're new to tennis or just coming back. This will be run by our very own USPTA certified local tennis pro. 

Playing: Starting Week 3 we will divide players into two teams each league night. Score points for your teams in two ways... 

1) The Match Court - You will have 15 minutes to win as many games as you can because each game you win is added to your team score. 1 game = 1 point 

2) The Game Court - If you're not playing on one of the match courts you'll be playing on the fast paced "game court" where if your team wins that round you will also earn points that rolls into your team total. Win the round = 3 points 

Who Wins: The team with the most points at the end of the night will win! The cool thing is that each week you will be on a new team, playing with different people, and maybe even trying to bust up your former partner who helped your team get the W last week!
